EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We accept free exchange and refund on most items within 14 days of when you receipted the goods. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. 

In order to request a Return for Exchange or Refund, please ensure to complete our Contact Form.

The refund will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For a product to be exchanged or returned:

  • Please Complete the Exchange or Return form or email us before you do return and exchange

  • Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt as well as Order number

  • Your item must be unworn with no signs of wear or damage. It must not have been cleaned or washed. All product tags must still be attached.

  • Keep original packaging, in the same condition when you received it.

  • Hand over your item, in its original packaging, to the courier collecting it

LIKA doesn’t accept return or exchange when the pieces are:

  • On final Sale or markdown Sale Items

  • Worn or damaged due to wearing them

  • Not in the original packaging

Please note: LIKA reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact us to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return by completing our Contact Form.

After requesting an Exchange or Return you will receive correspondence via email. Please follow the steps in the Email we send to you to effect the return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we have received back your goods, it will be inspected. Should it pass our inspection the exchange or refund will be processed. It can take up to 5 business days to process it, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy.

For refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The processing time will depend on your financial institution.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Please first check your financial institution account again

  • Then contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
